IMPORTANT:
From time to time, we will be installing underground power & water on certain roads along with general construction. This will result in some dirt lightly covering the gravel. If the roads are wet and you see dirt covering the gravel, be very careful, as it will be slick as ice. It is best to avoid these areas when wet. They will be no problem as long as roads are dry.

REMEMBER...This is a construction area, and you are responsible for your own safety. You are welcome to explore by car or on foot, but you do so at your own risk.
